I love making things.

Bouillabaisse. Cauliflower cheese. Fruit pies. Papier-mâché objects, handmade typefaces, large landscapes. I’m a devout yogi and a Sunday painter. I can kind of do a handstand and I’ve sold dozens of oil portraits over the last 15 years. I write short stories about people I meet since I was a kid. I’m writing a semi-autobiographical, fantastical murder mystery based on an experience I had as a teenager. I love talented artists and writers, chatting at parties, endless research rabbit holes, and quiet rooms by myself.

I also love building brands. I love when they feel like characters themselves, or people you can trust. I love the stories they can tell, and the meaning they can impart in just a few words or an image.
